We are committed to delivering your PorscheEffect glasses to your doorstep in a prompt and secure manner. Once you have successfully placed your order, our dedicated team will carefully package and ship your eyewear. We partner with trusted shipping carriers to ensure reliable and efficient delivery.
Shipping times may vary depending on your location. You can find estimated delivery times and any applicable shipping fees during the checkout process. We strive to dispatch all orders within 1-7 business days. Please note that additional processing time may be required for prescription lenses or custom orders.

Processing Your Order
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed.
For prescription eyewear, additional time may be required to prepare your lenses. Processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on the prescription and lens specifications.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, including tracking information where available.
Delivery Within Nigeria
We deliver nationwide through trusted logistics partners.
Estimated delivery times:
- Lagos: 1–3 business days
- Major cities: 2–5 business days
- Other locations: 3–7 business days
Delivery timelines may vary during public holidays, promotional periods, or due to circumstances beyond our control.
International Shipping
- PorscheEffect proudly ships to selected international destinations.
- Delivery times vary depending on your location and customs processing but generally range between 5–14 business days after dispatch.
- Please note that customs duties, taxes, and import charges imposed by your destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
- If your country is not currently available at checkout, please contact our team for shipping assistance.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS (where applicable), allowing you to monitor your package until it reaches you.
- Delivery Address: Please ensure your delivery information is accurate before completing your purchase. PorscheEffect cannot accept responsibility for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided at checkout.
- Returns: We want you to love your PorscheEffect eyewear. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned within 7 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, items must:
- Be unused and unworn.
- Be returned in their original packaging, including the protective case, cleaning cloth, and any accompanying accessories.
- Show no signs of damage, alteration, or misuse.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
- Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and customization reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:

- Items purchased during clearance or final sale promotions
- Exchanges
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or exchange at no additional cost.
